Biography
Joe Canas has more than 22 years of experience in floodplain management, stormwater management, roadway design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, peer review, land use permitting, and construction administration. Joe has been involved in all phases of project execution from planning through design and construction. He is a LEED AP and Certified Floodplain Manager. He is also Vice Chair of the Connecticut Association of Flood Managers
