Biography
oe Persechino is a project manager who has 15 years of experience in civil engineering, site design, permitting and construction. He administers all aspects of development from project initiation through construction for various commercial, roadway, healthcare, municipal, government and educational projects. Joe is also a LEED AP who advocates sustainability and Low Impact Design (LID) whenever possible. Joe’s specialties include site/civil, low impact, and stormwater design. His expertise also includes water and wastewater design, stream restoration as well as solar array design and permitting.
