Biography
Marc Richards is a Massachusetts and New Hampshire Professional Engineer (P.E.), and a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) with more than 20 years of environmental consulting experience. His specialties include environmental assessment and site cleanup, brownfield development, hazardous building material mitigation and building deconstruction/demolition. He is also a principal and Tighe & Bond’s business line leader for environmental services. Marc provides integrated services for complex environmental construction projects that involve environmental permitting, LSP/Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) services, site cleanup, and construction phase services. His expertise also includes assessment and cleanup of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) sites, managing PCB issues located within building materials, assessing and mitigating vapor intrusion issues, historic/urban fill soils management, and in-situ remediation using a variety of remediation additives.
