Michael Schrader

Biography

 Mike Schrader has more than 25 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure. He is a skilled public speaker able to build consensus with the public and stakeholder groups by explaining complex issues in a clear and easy to understand fashion. His goal is to understand his clients’ challenges and opportunities, and develop creative solutions using a collaborative approach. Mike leads our utility rate making practice, and has helped numerous communities develop realistic and affordable revenue streams based upon detailed analysis of data. Results are shown in a clear and compelling fashion, and he has been successful achieving rate increases for every client he has done a rate evaluation for.
