Michael Toto

Biography

 Michael Toto is a senior electrical manager who oversees Tighe & Bond’s Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) team of 11. He has more than 23 years of experience in a variety of industrial, institutional, higher education and health care engineering projects. This includes the study, design, permitting, construction management, construction administration and start-up of many building and infrastructure facilities. Mike’s expertise includes medium and low voltage power distribution systems, standby and emergency power systems, electrical design, and lightning protection. Photometric calculations, lighting controls and payback analysis, as well as Power System and Arc Flash Hazard Analysis studies are also on the expertise list. Mike’s projects have included all phases of engineering for electrical infrastructure. As a project manager, he has led many project teams during various phases of projects simultaneously.
