Peter Valinski

Biography

 Peter Valinski is a principal and one of Tighe & Bond’s client service leaders responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for government sector clients in Western/Central Massachusetts, and New York. He also serves as principal and project manager on a wide variety of projects, with a primary focus on water and wastewater improvements. Peter’s specialties include water supply and treatment, water distribution systems, sewer collections systems, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management. He provides project management, capital improvements planning, water and sewer rate evaluations, engineering studies, design, permitting, cost estimating, and construction project administration. Peter has served as the chairperson on his town’s Finance Committee for nearly a decade, providing him a unique perspective relative to budgeting and funding municipal projects.
