Anika Yokanovich

Biography

Anika Yokanovich serves as a Regional Vice President for Timberland Partners. Anika started in the multi-family industry in 1995 and has experience in multi-family, residential housing and commercial real estate management. Prior to joining Timberland Partners in 2015, Anika provided leadership as a Regional Manager and Director. Anika’s experience has spanned across market rate communities, various affordable housing products, including tax credit and project-based Section 8, third-party fee management, as well as new construction and historic rehab communities in urban, suburban and rural markets. Anika served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA) and on several MHA committees. As an advocate for education within the multi-housing industry, Anika teaches various classes on Fair Housing, marketing and financial awareness and performance. Anika pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. She has continued her education by taking coursework through the University of Minnesota. Anika has held her Minnesota Real Estate License since 1995 and holds her Minnesota Real Estate Broker’s License.
