Erin Fransen

Biography

Erin Fransen is an Asset Manager and Principal at Timberland Partners. Erin’s asset management portfolio consists of properties throughout the central United States. As a principal of Timberland Partners, she has oversight of the human resources, marketing, training, and information technology departments. Erin also manages the insurance needs for our portfolio of properties. Erin began her career in the multihousing industry in 2013 after eight years in various roles at Target Corporation, the last of which was Digital Marketing Manager. Before becoming an Asset Manager, she held roles in operations, marketing, and investor relations. Erin is active in the Minnesota Multi Housing Association as a member of the Board of Directors. She is also the liaison to MHA’s Careers Task Force and is involved on the Emerging Leaders Committee. Erin is a graduate of Boston College with degrees in Finance and Hispanic Studies.­­­­
