Biography
Ryan Sailer is the Vice President of Development for Timberland Partners. Ryan handles site selection, site acquisition, feasibility analysis, financing, and design and construction oversight for all new development. Before joining Timberland Partners, Ryan worked for Minneapolis-based developer, Sherman Associates, Inc., where he was involved in new development, redevelopment, and historic rehabilitation of projects. Following his tenure at Sherman Associates, Ryan formed a company which developed and still maintains ownership of several projects in Minneapolis and Denver. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
