Biography

    Dr. Kosnik, is the Vice President of Clinical Development responsible for business development and managing interactions with the clinical trial sites and medical experts. Kosnik also serves as Tissue Genesis' Principal Investigator for the Critical Limb Ischemia trial funded by the Federal Government. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Engineering of Tissue Genesis and consequently is intimately familiar with the technologies used to isolate cells from adipose tissues.Kosnik is a member of the International Tissue Engineering Society, the International Federation for Adipose Therapeutics and Science and the International Society for Cellular Therapy. He has received numerous patents in the fields of regenerative medicine, cell therapy, and tissue engineering and has published on the subject of regenerative medicine. He was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Brown University, a visiting scientist in the Harvard-MIT Division of Human Sciences and Technology and a member of the External Advisory Board for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has a BS, Masters Degree and PhD from the University of Michigan in Biomedical Engineering.
