Biography
Mr. Michael R. Duncan, also known as Mike, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tolmar, Inc. Mr. Duncan served as Vice President and General Manager of QLT USA, Inc. (formerly known as Atrix Laboratories Inc.) since June 3, 2003. He served as the President of QLT USA Inc.,a subsidiary of Qlt Inc/bc from 2004 to December 31, 2006. He joined QLT in 2004 when Qlt Inc/bc merged with the former Atrix Laboratories, Inc. He joined Atrix in 1995 as Vice President of Manufacturing and Process Development. Since August 2000, Mr. Dunca served as Vice President of Technical Operations where he oversaw the commercial development of seven marketed products, guided the recent 32,000 square foot expansion of Atrix''s state-of-the-art production facility, and contributing management expertise in the day-to-day operations at Atrix. Prior to his tenure at Atrix, Mr. Duncan served as Production Planner at Geneva Pharmaceutical and Roxanne Laboratories. Mr. Duncan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University where he graduated magna cum laude.
