Jennifer Robertson

Biography

 Jennifer Robertson, MBA, is Vice President, Operations at TMRU where she oversees the Finance/Accounting, Facilities, Human Resource, IT, Purchasing and Radiation Safety functions of the company. Her team aligns business goals to human capital while driving efficiency across the company and in doing so, supports the engineering and science disciplines in achieving their end goal of innovation and creativity. She has worked in business for 25 years and in medical imaging for 10 years, receiving her formal training and B.S. from Georgetown University in 1991 and her MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU in 2015. She worked at two mid-sized global real estate companies in a variety of human resources roles and joined Toshiba in 2006 as the first TMRU hire. She was brought in to build the company and its operations by setting up the infrastructure of the company and hiring many TMRU team members. She has increased her level of responsibility over the past 10 years from Human Resources Manager to Director, HR & Administration and now Vice President, Operations.
