Biography
Dr. Schwarz is the Professor of Department of Basic Sciences in Touro University of California. He has completed his PhD from Lausanne University, Switzerland in 1990 and Postdoc from University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX in 1992.
Research Interest
The disorders of carbohydrate (CHO) and fat metabolism.
