Biography
Dr. Mara Hover is the Associate Dean for Clinical Education and the Medical Director of the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities for Touro University Nevada. She is also a professor of pediatrics. Dr. Hover received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center/Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, and took a Fellowship in Forensic Pediatrics at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She is an American Osteopathic Association Health Policy Fellow, a graduate Fellow of the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine Educational Leadership Fellowship program, a graduate of The National Association of Community Health Centers New Medical Directors Training, and the United States Department of Transportation Highway Safety Division Public Relations Officer Training. She is board certified in Pediatrics.
