Biography
Dr. Liu is now Associate Professor of department of Biological & Pharmaceutical Sciences in Touro University of California. He has completed his Ph.D. from The University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1997 and B.S., M.S from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 1982.
