Dr. Michael Bittner is the Professor and Co-Director of Computational Biology Division in Translational Genomics Research Institute and he is the Head of Measurement & Inference Lab in Arizona.
Research Interest
measurements of the abundance, linear structure, or modification level of many members of a particular class of bio-molecules (DNA, RNA, and protein) in cells or tissues, use of microarray systems to survey the relative abundance of mRNA transcripts present in a cell.
