Christopher P. Vincze

Biography

Mr. Christopher P. Vincze, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of TRC Companies Inc. since January 1, 2006. Mr. Vincze served as the Chief Operating Officer of TRC Companies Inc. from March 23, 2005 to January 1, 2006 and served as it's President from January 1, 2006 to May 18, 2007. He joined TRR from Marsh Inc., where he served as Managing Director and led Marsh's Corporate Environmental Practice and worked closely with other Marsh National Practices including Construction, Transportation and Real Estate. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ATC Group Services, Inc. In addition to his financial and operating responsibilities at ATC Group, where he served in increasingly senior executive positions from 1991 to 2001. Mr. Vincze had been responsible for business planning and the design and execution of internal expansion initiatives and integration strategies. He also participated in a variety of capital programs to fund 16 acquisitions. He has been the Executive Chairman of TRC Companies Inc., since November 2006. He has been Executive Director of TRC Companies Inc., since October 12, 2005. He serves on a number of public and private Boards of Directors. Mr. Vincze studied BA from Connecticut College in 1984 and a Masters in Public Health from Boston University in 1985.
