Jason S. Greenlaw

Biography

Jason S. Greenlaw brings 20 years of extensive financial, treasury and business experience to his current role as Chief Financial Officer of TRC Companies, Inc. where he oversees the Company’s financial operations and performance.  Jason is responsible for positioning the Company to achieve new levels of growth and profitability, with a focus on the Company’s capital structure, financial reporting, risk management and treasury. A seasoned leader in financial planning and analysis, compliance and mergers and acquisitions, Jason has a proven ability at building and motivating teams, improving financial/operational processes and developing and implementing financial systems. Jason has held a series of financial leadership roles since joining TRC, including the last ten years as TRC’s Controller, during which he was a key member of the executive management team responsible for TRC’s industry leading growth and shareholder value creation. Prior to joining TRC, Jason held several progressive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where he served some of the firm’s most valued clients including United Technologies and CIGNA. Jason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
