Mr. John H. Friedman, J.D. serves as a Founder, Managing Partner, Managing Director and Principal at Easton Capital Investment Group. He founded the firm in 1998 and has been its Managing Partner and Principal since 1998. Mr. Friedman co-Managed Atrium Capital Corporation from 1992 to 1993. From 1989 to 1991, he was a Managing General Partner at Security Pacific Merchant Bank and Security Pacific Capital Corp. and founded them in 1989. Prior to joining Security Pacific, Mr. Friedman was a Managing Director and Partner at E.M Warburg, Pincus & Co. Inc.He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Trellis Bioscience, Inc. He serves as a Director of Within3, Inc. He has been a Director, Chairman of Audit Committee, Member of Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and Member of Compensation Committee of Conor Medsystems, LLC since August 2003,
