Biography
Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Mike Bledsoe discovered his passion for teaching in his high school film analysis class. That one class shaped the next 15 years of his life in his pursuit to become a high school teacher. Mike changed majors more than a few times, studied film and worked in the industry, then became a paralegal and walked away from it five years later to finish his degree in English. Mike decided on English after having fallen in love with screenwriting and realizing film analysis was a high school English elective. Upon entering the credentialing program and once in the classroom Mike knew that was where he belonged. But life got in the way and forced Mike to side-step his dream once more. He eventually earned his Master’s Degree in Education and began teaching at the college-level. Mike’s background in Education and teaching has advanced his career in corporate training and as a OSHA Compliance training consultant.
