Biography
Megan joined TRInternational, Inc. (Seattle, WA) in 2012 as the Company’s first General Legal Counsel. In 2013, Megan was promoted to TRI’s General Manager & General Counsel and most recently President & General Counsel in November 2015. Megan is now responsible for overseeing the day-to-day affairs of the Company’s business, as well as providing the leadership and creation of the company’s strategic plan for the future. Megan’s task is to serve as an executive who drives Company innovation and performance by empowering and challenging the TRI team to be excellent and rigorous. Megan also brings her training as an attorney into her daily work, and offers guidance in many matters including: compliance and government regulations, international business law, human resources, tax law, and a myriad of other issues of legal, financial, or operational significance.
