Mr. Micah Reynolds

Biography

 Mr. Micah Reynolds has over 10 years of experience in coordinating, obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals for pesticide products at the U.S. federal and state levels.  Mr. Reynolds is highly experienced in managing and coordinating pesticide product registration for basic manufacturers and formulators, developing regulatory strategies and representing clients at U.S. EPA, navigating re-registration and registration review issues and product defense, performing data compensation assessments, and advising clients on FIFRA, FFDCA and GLP issues. He is adept in the interpretation of the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP) data requirements, PMRA’s Use Site Categories and DACO tables, as well as the creation of e-Indices and electronic submissions. He also has expertise in conducting, interpreting and assessing environmental exposure and human health hazard evaluations, developing scientific justifications and data waiver arguments from the requirement of study data, and managing and monitoring studies, including the placement and design of GLP studies for regulatory submissions. Prior to Technology Sciences Group Inc. (TSG), Mr. Reynolds was a Staff Scientist at toXcel, where he managed staff project work and provided comprehensive scientific and regulatory compliance services for FIFRA, PCPA and TSCA. He also compiled registration and amendment application packages for EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) and state regulatory authority submissions as well as PMRA and EU submissions (98/8/EC BPD, 91/414EEC PPPD). Mr. Reynolds is involved in CropLife America’s Registration Committee, the Consumer Specialty Products Association’s Pest Management Division, the American Chemical Society’s Agro and Environmental Chemistry Divisions, the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and is an Advisory Council Member for NPIRS.

Research Interest

 He has expertise in developing strategies and providing guidance regarding the requirements and process for registering new products, active ingredients, inert ingredients, major new uses and new formulations used in pesticide products.
