Biography
Ms. Lisa Amadio specializes in the registration and ongoing compliance of chemically related products. She develops strategies necessary to navigate complex regulatory requirements and ensure successful approval across multiple jurisdictions. Her expertise allows her to coordinate commercialization activities in the US and facilitate company interactions with government agencies due to her extensive network of strong working relationships with public officials. Over her career, Prior to joining Technology Sciences Group Inc. (TSG), Ms. Amadio worked as the Registration Manager for Pilot Chemical Company. At Pilot, she was responsible for the management and registration of pesticide products within the U.S. and Canada. Before her job at Pilot Chemical Company, Ms. Amadio managed registrations at several other prominent companies including S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. and Diversey Inc. (now Sealed Air). In addition to more than 20 years of industry regulatory experience, Ms. Amadio is an active member in several industry trade groups. She is currently a board member of the Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA). In the past she has served as the chair of the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Biocides Panel and participated in other industry trade groups to represent and collaborate with the EPA for registration process improvements.
Research Interest
Ms. Amadio has combined her strong scientific backgrounds in biochemistry/toxicology and occupational and environmental health with her knowledge of chemical and environmental regulations to address and satisfy data requirements, perform risk assessments, assist with product import/export FIFRA compliance, resolve labeling and efficacy issues, and conduct FIFRA GLP audits.
