Ms. Nora Mealy

Biography

 Ms. Nora Mealy is a Regulatory Consultant at Technology Sciences Group Inc. (TSG).  Ms. Mealy manages the ongoing renewal and product compliance process. This involves coordinating different renewal dates, which vary by state, maintaining knowledge of changing regulations and implementing the required updates necessary to keep a product compliant within each state. These activities include label review and amendments, which are necessary to keep products compliant and on the market. Ms. Mealy brings years of regulatory compliance expertise to TSG along with a strong working relationship with the state regulatory agencies. She provides the highest level of service during the state registration process including open communication and copies of documents to clients, detailed review of products and applications, and necessary follow-up to ensure product compliance and continued registration. Her extensive knowledge and close state agency relationships allow her to expedite the registration process as quickly as possible while providing an unparalleled level of experience and assistance.

Research Interest

 She has extensive experience in obtaining and maintaining the registration of pesticides in the 50 states and U.S. territories, as well as providing assistance with label amendments. Ms. Mealy also has expertise in label and product development for 25(b) minimum risk pesticide products, which are exempt from federal registration. In addition, she coordinates the state registrations for these products.
