Biography
Ms. Zephyr Papin-Tillery is experienced in coordinating, obtaining and maintaining pesticide registrations in the 50 states and U.S. territories, and has a significant understanding of the unique regulatory requirements found in California, New York and Florida. Ms. Papin-Tillery also assists with organic product compliance under the National Organic Program (NOP) requirements, and helps clients obtain product listings with the Organic Material Review Institute (OMRI) and Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA). She provides comprehensive assistance throughout the application process, which includes writing, compiling and submitting documentation to the applicable agency, acting as a liaison with the organic listing authority, and providing regulatory advice as needed. In addition, Ms. Papin-Tillery has expertise in the preparation of medical device 510(k) notification submissions. She provides strategic guidance to companies interested in bringing low-risk medical device products to market, and assists with the evaluation and establishment of substantial equivalence to currently marketed products. Prior to joining Technology Sciences Group Inc. (TSG), Ms. PapinTillery managed the UC Davis Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program (SWAMP) UC Davis Regional Data Center, where she oversaw the intake, review and analysis of regional water chemistry and toxicity testing data. She also worked for the California Department of Fish and Game conducting field experiments for the preservation of endangered fish species in the California Delta
Research Interest
Her expertise includes preparing and submitting new products for registration, developing efficacy rationales and/or summaries to support state pesticide registration, developing product labels and coordinating label amendments in California.
