Biography
Dr. Grossklaus received a BS and MS in materials science engineering from Purdue University working with Professors Carol Handwerker and Eric Stach and his PhD in materials science and engineering from the University of Michigan working with Professor Joanna Millunchick. Before joining Tufts University Dr. Grossklaus spent 3 years as a process development and module engineer in the Intel Corporation's Portland Technology Development (PTD) Thin Films group. During that time he worked to develop materials and CMOS manufacturing processes for next-generation microprocessors at Intel's research and development fabs in Hillsboro, Oregon.
