Biography
Cynthia Foslien-Nash, PharmD received her pharmacy training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed a post-doctoral psychiatric pharmacy practice residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Nash is nationally recognized for her development of clinical teaching programs within the Dallas VA North Practice at Texas Tech Health Science Center School of Pharmacy and University of Texas College of Pharmacy.
