Jim Horn

Biography

 As the chief human resources officer, Jim will oversee both Ulteig's Human Resources and Business Services functions. With over 20 years of experience leading human resources for a variety of organizations and industries, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to our team as he oversees continued growth for our employees and overall business. As Jim added, “Engaging with our team members and helping them achieve their professional goals is not only critical to their individual gratification; it is the most critical element to achieve our business success.” Jim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and an MA in HR/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.
