Mike Dora

Biography

As technical director of civil, Mike is responsible for the leadership and development of Ulteig’s civil team. The team’s services include engineering and planning services for transportation, aviation, municipal, private development, water/wastewater, water resources and environmental projects. Mike’s career spans more than 22 years and includes planning, designing and managing a variety of public works projects. The most enjoyable part of his job comes from collaborating with both engineers and clients, “I like working as a team because you are able to interact with others to accomplish an important project, engineering is great for that because you hardly ever work by yourself.” Mike holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering, both from New Mexico State University, and a B.S. in Biology from Yale University.
