  Pinaki Majhi     - Expertise in pre-formulation, formulation design & optimization, and scale-up of semi-solid, suspension, and liquid dosage forms for topical, transdermal, ophthalmic, or oral applications. Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously for developing Rx (NDA, ANDA, and 510(k) medical device) and OTC drugs, direct-to-consumer cosmetics and personal care products. - Led/associated with 120+ product development projects for developing Rx/OTC topical (dermatologic and ophthalmic), Rx/OTC oral liquid (e.g. cold & cough drugs), oral liquid supplements, skin care cosmetics and personal care products. - Experience in founding R&D and manufacturing units starting from scratch - Vast experience in: 1) developing new drug-delivery/platform technologies, 2) exploring novel pharmaceuticals (Dermatology) products, and 3) reformulating existing products. - Strong background in pharmaceutical and colloid chemistry (22+ years of combined research and product development experience in US, Germany, and India).
