Glynis Lough is the deputy director and research director for the Food & Environment program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. In her role, she supervises the program’s scientists and analysts as the team works on smart, science-based policies to advance sustainable agriculture, expand healthy food access, and strengthen healthy farms.
