Inder M. Singh

Biography

 Inder M. Singh is senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Unisys. He joined the company in March 2016 and is today responsible for all of Unisys' financial functions including controllership, treasury, taxes, internal audit, systems, investor relations, M&A and corporate strategy. Throughout his career, Inder has held senior financial leadership roles at top Fortune 50 companies, including at Cisco Systems, Comcast, AT&T and American Express. In addition, Inder brings key Wall Street experience in equity capital markets, as well as framing investment strategies for large institutional investors. Inder joined Unisys from SunTrust Robinson Humphreys, Inc., where he served as a managing director focusing on the technology,   media and telecommunications sectors. Previously, he served as a senior vice president for finance and strategy for Comcast Cable, and also vice president of Corporate Financial Strategy for Cisco. Inder holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Engineering from Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Science. He also holds an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. In addition, Inder advises start-ups on financial and business matters as a member of Columbia's Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.
