Biography
Mr. Christopher joined the board of directors in 2005. He is engaged in personal investing and consulting services and has been since he retired in 2004 from PetroCorp Incorporated, a public oil and natural gas exploration company. Mr. Christopher served as President and CEO of PetroCorp from 1999 until his 2004 retirement. From March 1996 to August 1999 he served as the Acquisition Coordinator of Kaiser-Francis Oil Company. His other past professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Acquisitions for Indian Wells Oil Company, Senior Vice President and Manager of the Energy Lending Division of First National Bank of Tulsa, and from 1991 to 1996 Senior Vice President and Manager of Energy Lending for Bank of Oklahoma. Previous to that, Mr. Christopher worked for Amerada Hess Corporation as a Reservoir Engineer and for Texaco, Inc. as a Production Engineer. He currently serves as an advisory director of Commerce Bank, Tulsa, part of Commerce Bancshares. Mr. Christopher received a B.S. degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla, and he is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.
