Mr. Fredy Ramsoondar

Biography

 Mr. Fredy Ramsoondar serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of United Global Inc. Mr. Ramsoondar has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at United Protection Security Group Inc. since 1999 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ramsoondar was the creator of a successful million dollar retail franchising operation in Southern Africa in 1994. He has over 20 years in mergers and acquisitions experience and has knowledge of many aspects of the securities industry, including compliance, accounting, sales, marketing, finance, legal and human resources. He serves as a Director of United Global Inc. He has been a Director of United Protection Security Group Inc. since 1999. Mr. Ramsoondar has been a Director of Samoth Oilfields Inc., since August 2009 and Enterprise Oilfield Group, Inc., since September 8, 2011. He served as a Director at Enterprise Group, Inc., from September 8, 2011 to June 24, 2013.
