James (jim) H. Chilton

Biography

Jim Chilton is president of Network & Space Systems (N&SS) for The Boeing Company. Appointed to this position in October 2016, Chilton leads approximately 10,000 employees across 38 states and five countries. N&SS is comprised of three business areas providing global customers with network integration, intelligence and information, security and surveillance systems, communications architectures, space exploration and missile defense solutions. Signature N&SS programs include the International Space Station, Space Launch System, Ground-based Midcourse Defense, Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System, Global Positioning System & Wideband Global SATCOM satellite systems, and intelligence solutions programs.
