Biography
Mr. Jeffrey H. Siegel, also known as Jeff, is the Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President, and Controller at Univar USA Inc. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Univar Inc. since April 2012 until August 5, 2015, and served as its Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller. From August 2000 to October 2001, Mr. Siegel was Vice President and Controller at InterGen. From October 1996 to June 2000, he served as Managing Director and then Vice President and Controller at Houston Industries Energy, an international subsidiary of Houston Industries. Mr Siegel holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. Mr. Siegel earned his MBA and his B.A. in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
