Biography
Joseph Burke is a senior fellow with the Rockefeller Institute’s Higher Education Program. He has written and lectured on a wide array of topics in higher education. They include the role of college and university presidents, system governance, accountability in higher education, academic outcomes and assessment, and the interrelation of teaching, research, and service. Burke has previously served as Provost and Interim Chancellor of the State University of New York System.
