Biography
Michael S. Bloom is an Associate Professor of Environmental Health Sciences and Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Bloom holds affiliations with the Center for Social and Demographic Analysis (CSDA) and the Institute for Health and the Environment at UAlbany. Bloom conducts observational research on the effects of environmental agents (toxic metals and organic compounds) on human reproduction, including infertility and in vitro fertilization, pregnancy loss, and birth outcomes. Bloom received his Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo, SUNY.
