Biography
Dr. Mithat Kisacikoglu worked as a researcher at the University of Tennessee and at Oak Ridge National Lab between 2007 and 2013. He was an assistant professor at Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey, from 2014 to 2016. He also worked as a Research Engineer at National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) from 2015 to 2016. He joined The University of Alabama in August 2016. Dr. Kisacikoglu was the recipient of Post-Doctoral Return Fellowship Award from the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) in 2013 to conduct research and development in the area of EV-grid integration in Turkey. He has served as an associate editor of the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications since 2014
