Biography
Dr. Aaleti’s research primarily focuses on behavior of reinforced concrete structures under Earthquake loading. To facilitate accelerated construction, his research also focuses on developing methodologies and resilient structural details for buildings and bridges using post-tensioning and high performance materials. He also works on development of economical and durable bridge components (bridge decks, foundations etc.) using high performance concrete materials such as Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC).
