Biography
Dr. Minsu Son is a research scientist in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. Dr. Son received a Ph.D. from Yonsei University at South Korea in 2012 and has been employed as a post-doctoral scholar researching on national and international economic and environmental modeling topics, global climate changes and the impacts on the urban environment issues, and an integrated economic-transportation-land use modeling work for major U.S. cities at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Son’s research interests have focused on Sustainable Regional Planning, Economic Valuation Modeling and Application, Transportation Demand Modeling and Application and Risk Analysis.
