Biography
William M. Murray is an attorney specializing in land use and zoning law, environmental law, community development, and non-profit management. During his more than thirty-year career, Mr. Murray has represented or consulted with dozens of municipalities, commercial real estate developers, citizen organizations, urban planning professionals, and non-profit organizations concerning a variety of legal and management issues. He is a frequent guest speaker concerning land use and community development issues. Mr. Murray is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo School of Law and School of Architecture and Planning. His courses include Planning Law, Contemporary Issues in Land Use, and Legal Issues in Planning and Development. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.
