Education - PhD/MSc/BEng PhD in the Institute for Adaptive and Neural Computation in the School of Informatics of the University of Edinburgh and BIOSS (Biomathematics and Statistics Scotland) which was supervised by Professor Dirk Husmeier. Title: "Improved Bayesian methods for detecting recombination and rate heterogeneity in DNA sequence alignments" (2007-2011). MSc in Bioinformatics and Machine Learning from the University of Edinburgh, School of Informatics (2005-2006). BEng in Software Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, School of Informatics (2001-2005)
