Biography
In addition to seven years of college level instruction, David Bulkeley has over 25 years professional experience in Finance and Accounting. Past employers include The Arizona Bank, The CIT Group, Guaranty Bank, CitiGroup, and ACS/Xerox. Some of his prior assignments include accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, general ledger and subledger management, securitization accounting/investor reporting, and portfolio acquisition/divestiture. David holds a BA from The University of Arizona, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from Arizona State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dallas, and is a Texas Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
