Biography

Hank Cofield is currently the Director of Finance & Accounting for the Allied Pilots Association. APA was founded in 1963 and is the largest independent pilot union in the United States. It currently represents the 15,000 pilots of American Airlines. Prior to joining Allied Pilots Association, Hank had a successful thirty year career with American Airlines, holding various management positions. Hank earned an Associate’s degree in Marketing from Brookhaven College, his Bachelors of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland, and his MBA from the University of Dallas’ Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business. He is a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon, Beta Gamma Sigma, and currently serves on the GUPTA College of Business Alumni Committee. In addition to his education, he is trained in Pragmatic Marketing as well as Mediation and Arbitration. Hank is also a member of Financial Executives International, Academy of International Business, and American Management Association. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family at his home on Cedar Creek Lake.
