Research Interest
I am an economist specializing in interdisciplinary applications of urban, health, and behavioral economics. My work typically examines the dual influences of the physical and social environment as they relate to individual behavior choices - especially the choices of low-income individuals and households. My publications have spanned a range of topics including asset poverty, financial access, social interactions, housing markets and foreclosure, and preventive health behaviors.
