George E. Boyhan is a Professor for Department of Horticulture at University of Georgia, USA. Dr. Boyhan is an Extension Vegetable Specialist with a 50% extension, 30% research, and 20% teaching appointment. Dr. Boyhan’s extension responsibilities are in vegetable production with an emphasis in sustainable production.
Research Interest
Areas of research include sustainable cultural practices and variety evaluations. In addition, research interests include developing new pumpkin and watermelon varieties. Teaching responsibilities include Introduction to Vegetables, Scientific Methods in Horticulture, and Design, Analysis, and Interpretation of Horticultural Data. Dr. Boyhan also plans on offering a Freshman Odyessy on Bonsai.
