Biography
Sarah Yuan is an Associate Specialist at the Center on the Family at the University of Hawai‘i. She is a sociologist, specializing in medical sociology, demography of aging, and survey methodology. She engages in multidisciplinary research and outreach activities with an emphasis on bringing research-based and credible information to the public. Her recent and on-going studies include community quality of life, homelessness, substance-abuse prevention, population aging, and intergenerational relationships.
