Biography
Richard A C Cooke is a Professor in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has received his Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and M.S. drgree in Agricultural Engineering from University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. His research area includes Soil and Water Resources Engineering.
