Biography
I have extensive experience in the biology of connective tissues, in particular cartilage. My ongoing research is examining how genes are regulated in cartilage cells, particularly at the post transcriptional level, and how such processes are affected during disease and tissue regeneration.
Research Interest
the biology of cells within our joints and the mechanisms that lead to age related diseases such as osteoarthritis.
